Sakda Wichieansilp, a Bhumjai Thai Party candidate for Kanchanaburi's 5th district, has already filed a police report denying the voice is his and threatens legal action against those involved. Chusak believes the content of the clip appears to violate election laws, potentially misleading voters about candidate popularity. Pheu Thai plans to compile evidence and file a complaint with the Election Commission, with candidate Phnom Phothikaew set to provide additional details at a press conference on February 5th.
