Despite the real estate market's expected minimal growth due to economic pressures, the company sees positive signals from reduced interest rates, debt consolidation policies, and supportive factors like production relocation and foreign immigration trends that position Thailand as a 'Global Safe Zone'. The company aims to diversify its investment portfolio by adjusting its business mix to 55% residential development through Origin and Britania brands, and 45% service businesses like hotels and logistics to ensure stable recurring income. Financial targets for 2026 include sales of 25,000 million baht, with 16,000 million baht in property transfers, comprising 12,000 million baht from condominium projects and 4,000 million baht from landed property projects.
