First Pillar Raised for Phra Mongkol Thep Muni Building at 67-Year Hospital Project
On February 3, 2026 at 4:35 PM, Phra Phrom Molee, a committee member of the Supreme Sangha Council, led a ceremonial pillar-raising for the Phra Mongkol Thep Muni building at the 67-year hospital located on Buddhist Monastery Road 1 in Bangkok. The new four-story concrete building will be 15 meters wide, 45 meters long, with 2,700 square meters of usable space. The building will include medical facilities such as outpatient rooms, patient wards, surgical rooms, and special patient units, designed to serve the Phasi Charoen district and surrounding areas, particularly for emergency and accident victims. The project was originally conceived by the former Supreme Patriarch and continued by subsequent religious leaders to provide improved medical services to the local community.
