On February 6, 2024, Kanthat Phongpaiboon ("Kan Jom Phalang") and his team visited Trat province to supervise container placement along the Thai-Cambodian border. The operation aims to block roads and storefronts in areas with overlapping territorial claims, particularly focusing on Chinese businesses and resorts in reclaimed territories. Kan Jom Phalang coordinated with the Navy to collect information on Chinese groups' behaviors, suspecting potential connections to scammer networks operating near casinos in border areas. The team is prepared for potential confrontations, warning opposing parties not to approach the containers and emphasizing the primary goal of ensuring safety for Trat residents.
