L Reveals Reasons for Rampage: 100% Jealousy, Cannabis, and Kratom Use

Nopparat 'L', 30, surrendered to police after a dramatic series of events involving shooting at rescue workers on Highway 7 in Chonburi and fleeing to his hometown. He explained that the incident was caused by 100% jealousy towards his wife, admitting to using cannabis and kratom during the confrontation. 'L' claimed he did not intend to threaten schools and was worried about the impact on students, including his own children and relatives. During the press conference, he apologized for causing schools to close and explained that his firearm was legally purchased from proceeds of selling kratom leaves. He was emotional during the surrender, hugging and kissing his mother before being taken for further investigation.
