According to her boyfriend, known as Sarawat Ton, she was under immense stress from work and feeling constantly blamed despite her efforts to improve the situation. In her farewell letter, she expressed extreme frustration, mentioning being accused of financial irregularities and feeling overwhelmed by constant criticism. Sarawat claims the school principal had previously asked her to keep school funds in her personal account, which later led to accusations of financial misconduct.
