SENA Fully Repays Two Bond Series Totaling 2,895 Million Baht, Immediately Opens New Bond Offering

Sena Development has fully repaid two bond series totaling 2,895 million baht, reflecting careful financial management and continuous investor confidence during challenging real estate market conditions. On February 3rd, Athika Boonrodchu, Assistant Managing Director of Financial Allocation and Investment, disclosed that the company repaid the SENA261A bond series worth 895 million baht on February 2nd and the SENA262A bond series worth 2,000 million baht due on February 3rd. The company is simultaneously preparing to offer two new bond series between February 3-5, targeting institutional and high-net-worth investors. The first bond series will be 1 year and 2 months long with a fixed 4.90% annual interest rate, while the second series will be 2 years and 6 months long with a 5.80% fixed annual interest rate. For 2024, Sena aims to launch 8 new projects valued over 10,700 million baht, targeting sales of 14,000 million baht and transfers of 9,300 million baht, focusing on affordable housing market segments and sustainable living concepts.
