Anutin highlighted the festival's significance, describing it as an ancient and valuable tradition over 100 years old, with a unique method of selecting the organizing committee through a traditional drawing ceremony in front of the Pak Nam Pho deities. The cultural procession reflects cultural diversity and has become a nationally renowned Chinese New Year celebration that amazes participants and tourists from everywhere.
The Nakhon Sawan Governor described the region as a 'happiness city', noting its origin as the confluence of four rivers - Ping, Wang, Yom, and Nan - and emphasizing the spiritual importance of the local deities who have protected the community for over a century.
