The goal was to support dozens of party employees who would be impacted by the party's closure. The company was established to provide stable employment, career paths, and professional opportunities for former party staff, offering media, legal, and accounting services to diverse clients including political parties, restaurants, and cosmetics businesses. Wannikar strongly denied allegations of using public donation money for IO services, calling such claims false and damaging to the company, its employees, and clients. She emphasized that all party expenditures are carefully monitored by the Election Commission and can be fully audited.
