On February 16, 2024, Ms. Onanong Chaithong, CEO of Prospect REIT Management Company, reported that Q4 and full-year 2025 performance met expectations. The company achieved growth in rental rates, setting a new record from the previous quarter through strategic investments in high-quality assets and efficient management. The contract renewal rate remained high at 98.24%, highlighting the potential of the trust's projects located in strategic locations with tax benefits in Free Zone areas. The company manages 5 projects covering 564,758 square meters with total asset value over 10,053 million baht, with approximately 55% in Free Zone areas. The portfolio is diversified across leading industries including logistics, consumer goods, automotive, food and beverage, metals, and electronics. Looking ahead, PROSPECT REIT plans to invest in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 4 project in Chachoengsao, adding 187,949 square meters of leasable area, which will grow total asset value to over 14,000 million baht.
