This Rose is Not for My Wife: Police Officer Gives Flower to Female Thief on Valentine's Day

On February 14, 2024, Bang Lamung Police arrested Ms. Achaya (last name withheld), 36, for stealing from her employer and using methamphetamine. Deputy Police Major Yongyuth Wanneur gave her a rose on Valentine's Day, jokingly mentioning he hasn't even given one to his wife yet. The suspect was caught on CCTV stealing cigarettes from a wholesale goods and drink store. She confessed to theft and unauthorized drug use, and will be prosecuted according to law. The arrest was a collaborative effort by Bang Lamung police officers, including Major Sarawut Nucharth and Major Yongyuth Wanneur.
