Nong Nooch Pattaya Hosts Spectacular Elephant and Lion Dance Parade for Chinese New Year 2024

On February 11, 2024, at 9:00 AM, Nong Nooch Pattaya Garden in Chonburi Province, led by Kampol Tansatja, will host a grand Chinese New Year celebration. The event will feature an impressive parade of intelligent elephants performing a lion dance, reflecting cultural identity and creating excitement for visitors. The activities aim to preserve and transmit the cultural traditions of Thai-Chinese people, with performances including angels and celestial beings dancing and blessing the new year. Visitors can also receive lucky oranges from Kampol and the elephants, and participate in blessing ceremonies with various sacred statues including Sangkachai, Ganesha, Guanyin, and Brahma. Additional activities include music performances, prize giveaways, and festive celebrations running from February 16-17, 2024, with the garden open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
