As a key challenge in urban condominiums is insufficient parking, the company is offering guaranteed parking rights for the first 100 units booked by 2026. The development features comprehensive amenities including a salt-water swimming pool, co-working spaces, fitness facilities, and 24-hour security with facial recognition systems. The project comprises two 8-story residential buildings with 441 units, offering various room sizes from studio to two-bedroom units, with construction expected to complete by 2027 and prices starting at 1.49 million baht.
