GHB Bank Limits Transfer Amounts via GHB ALL GEN App to Reduce Online Fraud Risks

On February 2, 2026, the Government Housing Bank (GHB) announced an upgrade in financial transaction safety for customers using the GHB ALL GEN Application by implementing a 'transfer or payment limit' measure. The goal is to help reduce the risk of falling victim to fraud and increase opportunities for fund recovery, effective from February 9, 2026. The bank has established maximum daily transaction limits divided into different risk levels in line with the Bank of Thailand's policy. These levels include: Level S with a maximum daily transfer of 50,000 baht for high-risk or low-transfer customers, Level M with a maximum daily transfer of 200,000 baht for typical customers with moderate transfer behavior, and Level L for transfers of 200,000 baht and above for customers with normal transaction histories who need to make frequent large transfers.
