Songkhla District 2: Juree Num-kaew of Democrat Party Leads by a Large Margin

In Songkhla District 2, Juree Num-kaew from the Democrat Party is leading far ahead of Sasatra from Bhumjai Thai Party, and Dr. Suphat from the People's Party by tens of thousands of votes. The election battle for the 2026 race in Hat Yai and Khlong U Taphao subdistricts is fierce, with Hat Yai being a strategically important area recently impacted by major flooding. Sasatra Sripan, the original area representative from the former United Thai Nation Party, is now running with Bhumjai Thai Party. In the unofficial election results, Juree received 20,288 votes, Sasatra got 11,804 votes, and Dr. Suphat received 11,377 votes, with Juree leading by nearly ten thousand votes from the second and third place candidates.
