20-Year-Old Woman Killed After Crossing Road Under Pedestrian Bridge

A tragic traffic accident occurred on February 15th at 10:40 PM on Chaiyapruek Road, where Ms. Supaporn, 20, was killed after attempting to cross the road under a pedestrian bridge. A Ford pickup truck driven by Mr. Chotichangnok, 29, struck her at approximately 100 km/h, unable to brake in time. A following Toyota car then ran over her body. Surveillance footage showed the victim exiting a convenience store and running across the road before being hit. Police have taken statements from both drivers and will contact the victim's relatives. The body was transferred to the Institute of Forensic Science for further investigation.
