Father, Mother, and 6-Year-Old Child Die After Returning from Concert, Car Crashes into Trailer

A devastating road accident occurred when a family in a Chevrolet pickup truck crashed into the back of a trailer after returning from a Kong Huay Rai concert. The incident happened at 6:30 AM on February 9th in Khok Pho Chai District, Khon Kaen Province. Police Captain Phitak Khet Singphitak reported that the black pickup truck from Nakhon Ratchasima was completely destroyed, with the driver, Khomkrit (last name withheld), 25, dying at the wheel. His wife Saovaluck, 27, was critically injured in the passenger seat, and their 6-year-old son was also injured. Preliminary investigations suggest the driver may have fallen asleep, as no brake marks were found. All three victims were wearing concert wristbands, indicating they had just attended the Kong Huay Rai concert in Sakon Nakhon before the accident. Police are continuing their investigation to determine the exact cause.
