A tragic incident occurred when a 22-year-old son fatally stabbed his 44-year-old mother after secretly quitting his air conditioning technician job. The event took place in a wooden single-story house in Bang Chak subdistrict, Phra Pradaeng district, Samut Prakan province. The stepfather reported that the mother had been questioning the son about his salary, which was overdue. When confronted, the son became stressed and attacked his mother with a large knife, inflicting multiple severe wounds.
