Discover Thailand Differently! TAT Invites Travelers to Explore UFO Experiences

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is creating excitement in the tourism industry by introducing a new experience called 'Thailand UFO Days - Gathering Alien Enthusiasts', which combines beliefs and scientific perspectives. Ms. Thapanee Kiatpaiboon, TAT Governor, revealed that in 2024, TAT aims to drive the Thai tourism industry under 'The New Thailand' direction, emphasizing 'value' over 'quantity' through the Amazing 5 Economy concept. Sub-Culture Economy is a key mechanism to transform niche interests into economic value, targeting a total tourism revenue of 3 trillion baht. The 'Thailand UFO Days' event is a pilot project designed to create a concrete tourism experience by transforming UFO stories into a knowledge-based and experiential travel route - a new dimension never before attempted in Thailand. Although targeting a specific tourist group, it represents a high-potential audience with deep interests. The event will be held for 3 days from February 13-15, 2024, at Khun Dan Prakarnchol Dam in Nakhon Nayok Province. Highlights include a full-scale UFO Spaceship replica, a UFOLOGY exhibition exploring alien species and UFO evolution, a UFO Lover Market, and UFO Talk sessions featuring experts and enthusiasts. The event is free and open to those curious about UFOs and extraterrestrial experiences.
