Live from Youth - 'Play Space' at TK Park: A Learning and Connecting Experience

The Thailand Knowledge Park (TK Park) is elevating learning experiences with the launch of 'Play Space', a new creative area of over 330 square meters on the 8th floor of Central World. Under the concept 'Your Community Playground - a space where fun connects people', the initiative aims to create a learning ecosystem that meets the needs of contemporary learners and provides a space for meeting, conversation, and exploring shared interests. Wattanachai Winitjakul, Acting Director of TK Park, stated that Play Space is not just a library or game room, but an 'experimental space' designed with users at the center. The space is divided into several zones including a console station with PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, a comics studio, a music corner with private soundproofed rooms, and a community playground with over 100 board games. Parallel to opening this new space, TK Park is committed to proactively expanding learning opportunities through strategies like TK Mini automated book rental stations, distributing picture book corners to 101 child centers nationwide, and creating pop-up libraries at city events. Currently, TK Park serves locations across 24 provinces through 27 learning park networks and an online platform.
