Reporters noted that on February 22, the EC conducted a new election in Voting Unit 9, District 15 (Kannayao) in Bangkok, where new voting ballots were found to be missing the initial list ballot numbering (pink ballots). Nattapong claimed that the EC changed ballot designs despite having millions of existing ballots unused, essentially admitting problems with the February 8 election ballots and preparing for potential legal action.
