Lamps Specialty Coffee is a specialty cafe located near Phra Pathom Chedi, offering a unique camping-inspired atmosphere. Owner Dang shared the story behind the cafe, explaining that the name comes from his passion for collecting lamps, which represent the origin of light and journey. "The cafe has been open for 1.5 years. Our name, Lamps Specialty Coffee, comes from the lamp as the origin of light and our entry into the coffee world. I'm a camping enthusiast who collects lamps, and I wanted the cafe to feel warm like a camping experience," Dang explained. The cafe offers a wide variety of imported coffee beans, focusing on light roasts with fruity notes. Their selection includes rare coffee varieties like Geisha, Ethiopian, Panama, Colombian, and Guatemalan beans. The house blend combines Brazilian and Thai Pang Khon beans. Special menu highlights include an Iced Latte with Malaysian beans featuring unique lychee and jackfruit notes, and an Iced Americano with Guatemalan-Brazilian beans offering rum-like undertones. The cafe also prides itself on expert latte art and drip coffee preparation. "We want visitors to experience a new dimension of coffee drinking," Dang says. "We're committed to serving high-quality coffee with skilled baristas who can create beautiful latte art." Located on Lang Phra Road opposite Phra Pathom Chedi, the cafe is open daily from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with ample parking available.
