On February 3rd at 8:00 PM, the truck owners reported to Pattaya Police Station to receive official charges. The vehicle is an Isuzu FXZ 270 yellow truck with Rayong license plates, with company stickers indicating its waste removal services. Police have filed charges under environmental protection laws for illegally disposing waste into the sea, potentially facing penalties under national environmental and maritime regulations.
