CP Joins Forces with Partners to Launch CP IP Service Center, Elevating Intellectual Property Capabilities on the Global Stage

On January 3, 2026, in Bangkok, Charoen Pokphand Group's Center of Innovation and Technology Excellence (CP COE) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Intellectual Property and ATP Serve to launch the CP IP Service Center. This one-stop intellectual property service center will cover registration, consultation, strategy development, and commercial expansion, with the goal of transforming knowledge and innovation into economic value and enhancing Thai businesses' global competitiveness. Special Professor Dr. Anek Laothamatas, former Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, highlighted Thailand's national strategy to become a developed country by 2037. He emphasized that to avoid the 'middle-income trap', Thailand must drive its economy through innovation, science, and technology. He praised CP Group's transformation into a tech-driven company and its commitment to developing intellectual property as a strategic asset.
