Victim Thinks She Saw a Ghost Before Discovering Lawyer Secretly Filming Her in Bathroom for 6 Hours

The incident occurred at around 3:00 AM when Pavida Siang Wan was visiting Bang Saen Beach in Chonburi Province. While using the gas station restroom, she initially thought she saw a ghost-like figure in the adjacent stall. Upon closer observation, she realized it was a person and began recording evidence on her phone. After confronting the mysterious man who emerged from the bathroom, her boyfriend and gas station staff helped detain him. Upon checking his phone, they discovered over 1,000 illicit photos, including images of women and students. Some photos were even found in the phone's trash folder. Further investigation revealed the suspect had been sitting in the bathroom since 9:00 PM, barely moving. His lawyer's documents and identification were found in his car, and when the victim contacted his girlfriend, she admitted knowing about his previous inappropriate behavior and confirmed he had been arrested before. Despite being released on bail, the victim, Pavida Siang Wan, is determined to pursue legal action to protect herself and prevent similar incidents from happening to other women, especially in a tourist destination like Bang Saen.
