Municipal Employee Found Dead in Bushland After Going Missing

A 36-year-old municipal employee went missing for over a day, with his sister searching everywhere without success. At 10:20 AM on February 17, 2024, police in Nakhon Ratchasima were notified of a body found in bushland near Rural Highway NM.1111. Officers and volunteer rescue workers discovered the body of Mr. A (pseudonym), aged 36. Preliminary forensic examination indicated he had been dead for at least 12 hours, with no signs of external injury. The body was transferred to Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital for further investigation. The victim's sister confirmed he was a municipal contract worker who had been experiencing accumulated stress from depression. He was last seen on CCTV around 5:30 PM on February 16th leaving his residence.
