72-Year-Old Motorcyclist Traveling to Vote Killed in Fatal Road Accident
On February 7, 2024, Police Lieutenant Saksidhis Boonrab from Lat Lum Kaeo Police Station was notified of a fatal motorcycle accident on Route 340 in Pathum Thani province. At the scene, a gray car with front-end damage was found, with the 28-year-old female driver reporting she couldn't brake in time when a 72-year-old motorcyclist suddenly appeared. The victim, Noppadon, was identified as a gardener from Ayutthaya province who was traveling to vote in the upcoming election. Family members explained that the elderly man was committed to voting and would always return to his home province during elections. The police are investigating the incident and have coordinated with forensic teams to process the scene.
