Tragic: Foreigner Found Dead in Bikini Floating Mysteriously at Sea, Police Investigate

A mysterious incident occurred when a foreign woman was found dead in Pattaya. At 8:00 AM on February 9th, police detective Thanongsak Inphadung was alerted to a foreign woman's body floating in the sea near Khong Dong Tan Beach in Chonburi province. The victim, believed to be a Russian woman aged 30-40, was wearing a blue-green floral bikini and found floating face down approximately 50 meters from the shore. Rescue teams retrieved the body and conducted an initial examination on the beach. Preliminary findings showed no signs of physical trauma, and the body was estimated to have been in the water for 5-6 hours. No identification documents were found. The body showed a strong alcohol smell, leading investigators to suspect she may have been intoxicated and accidentally drowned while swimming. The body will be sent to the Police Forensic Institute for a detailed autopsy. Investigative officers will continue to search for identifying information and determine the exact circumstances of her death.
