Jay Thittasmit Threatened with Death over Political Expression, Seeks Legal Action

On February 13th, another artist has spoken out about political issues - Ichanan Pungkiatrussamee, known as 'Jay', lead singer of Thittasmit band and founder of 9Arkkhan music label. Jay has previously expressed political views through Facebook posts, concert stages, and songs. In his latest Facebook post, he stated, 'While I've been quiet, I've been receiving death threats and threats of physical harm. I think this has gone too far, and I'm having my lawyer handle this matter.' Jay shared a threatening chat message that read: 'Be careful, I'm coming to find you, I'll make an example of you.' He also confirmed that the threatening individuals are real and not fabricated.
