Dan Thai Clinches Third Singh Isan Open Championship Title
Dan Thai Boonma won his third Singh Isan Open 2026 championship after a playoff victory against Pavit Tangkomolprasert and Pumi Saksansilp, who both finished with 16-under-par. Dan Thai made a crucial birdie in the first playoff hole, securing the win and a 450,000 baht prize at Singh Park Khon Kaen Golf Club on February 15, 2026.
On the final day, Dan Thai trailed the leader by just one stroke before adding three more under-par shots to finish at 16-under-par, forcing a playoff with Pumi and Pavit.
After winning, Dan Thai commented, 'This week my putting was excellent, and my mental focus was sharp, allowing me to play according to plan. This is a course I already love, so I was confident in the playoff.'
This marks Dan Thai's 5th All Thailand Golf Tour championship and his 3rd title in this specific tournament, following wins in 2017 and 2019. It's also his second consecutive seasonal championship after winning the Singh Championship 2025 in Rayong.
The Amateur Golfer of the Tournament award went to Pran Poolperm, who defeated SiwakornKriangkrai in a playoff and received the 'Supaporn Mapuengpong' trophy.
The next All Thailand Golf Tour 2026 event will be the Singh Chiang Mai Open 2026, with a total prize pool of 3 million baht, scheduled for April 2-5, 2026, at Mae Jo Golf Resort and Spa in Chiang Mai.
