20-Year-Old Dies Instantly After Speeding Motorcycle Crashes into Food Delivery Rider, Losing Left Leg

The incident occurred at 1:30 AM on February 11th near Phaholyothin Soi 42. Lt. Puridech Kairat from Bang Khen Police Station was notified of a motorcycle collision involving fatalities and injuries. At the scene, a black Kawasaki Ninja 650cc motorcycle was found completely destroyed, with its front wheels and suspension torn off. A black Honda Wave motorcycle belonging to a 31-year-old food delivery rider was also severely damaged. The motorcyclist, identified as Mongkol, 20, died instantly with a fractured skull and brain matter scattered. The delivery rider, Chanawong, 31, suffered a severe left ankle injury and was taken to Phumipol Hospital. A truck driver witnessed the motorcycle speeding at approximately 200 km/h without braking, striking the delivery rider at a U-turn point and then violently crashing into a tree and electric pole. Police are currently reviewing CCTV footage and awaiting further investigation.
