Nong Nooch Pattaya Invests in Solar Rooftop Project to Support ESG and Green Tourism

Nong Nooch Pattaya has officially begun construction of a solar rooftop electricity generation system starting February 1st, 2569 BE, expected to complete within 6 months, supporting clean energy usage and reducing carbon emissions for the tourism sector. The project represents an investment of over 60 million baht, with a total production capacity of 3.5 megawatts, covering solar parking areas and installing electric vehicle charging stations to support tourists using clean energy vehicles. Kampon Tansajja, president of Nong Nooch Pattaya, stated that this project is part of sustainable corporate development aligned with ESG guidelines, focusing on environmental, social, and governance principles, aiming to reduce carbon, increase alternative energy proportions, and elevate the standards of green tourism attractions in line with global economic and environmental trends.
