Cause of Death Revealed: School Director Sasiphat Dies After School Shooting

An 18-year-old male shooter using a gun stolen from police invaded Patong Prathan Khiri Wattana School in Hat Yai, Songkhla, shooting the school director and a 14-year-old female student, and taking students hostage. Dr. Wirote Yommueang, director of Hat Yai Hospital, revealed that Sasiphat Sinsamosorn died at 2:00 AM due to severe blood loss and internal injuries. She suffered a gunshot wound to the left chest, with the bullet piercing from left to right and top to bottom. Despite doctors' full efforts to save her, she passed away. The Mitraphap Samakkhi Foundation in Hat Yai expressed condolences to the director's family.
