GrabFood Honors Top 100 Restaurants of the Year at GrabThumbsUp Awards 2026
GrabFood, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), announced the top 100 restaurants of the year at the GrabThumbsUp Awards 2026. The event, held under the concept "The Taste of Trust," honored restaurants and key individuals who have played important roles in promoting Thai tourism through culinary identity.
Highlights included special awards such as "Top Thai Food Leader on the Global Stage" given to Lisa-Lalisa Manobala, and "Best Flavor Creator of the Year" awarded to SOURI for their Local Exclusive Menu project featuring 12 provincial taste profiles.
The top 5 restaurants promoting tourism in different regions included Suki Chang Phueak, Phuket Teak Coffee Bar, La Wua Pattaya, Prasit Pochana, and Thong Smith.
Restaurants were rigorously selected based on taste, service standards, management efficiency, reputation, and consumer popularity. To qualify, restaurants needed a minimum customer satisfaction score of 4.6 out of 5 and at least 100 positive reviews.
Notable winners included Jian Cha for best delivery restaurant and Kanori for best dine-out restaurant, showcasing the diversity and quality of Thailand's culinary landscape.
