Lopburi Ready to Host Road and Mountain Bike National Championships

The national cycling championships for road and mountain bike categories, competing for royal trophies, will be held in Phichit province. The opening ceremony for the mountain bike competition was held on February 21 at Khao Din viewpoint, with Thanit Phumithaworn, deputy governor of Phichit, as the ceremony's chairman. Notable attendees included General Decha Hemkrasri, vice president of the Asian Cycling Confederation and president of the ASEAN Cycling Federation. The event featured cyclists from across the country, with a symbolic flag handover ceremony for the next hosting province, Lopburi, which will host the third stage of the competition from March 6-8. General Decha highlighted the championship's goal of developing young cycling talent and promoting youth participation in the sport.
