GWM Introduces ORA 5 SUV to Replace ORA Good Cat

GWM (Thailand) announced the discontinuation of GWM ORA Good Cat and is preparing to introduce GWM ORA 5 SUV and at least 5 new models this year, expanding its nationwide network. Wayne Zhou, Managing Director of GWM (Thailand), stated that over four years, ORA Good Cat created memorable experiences for Thai consumers with its unique design, quality, and safety, demonstrating effectiveness in protecting lives and property during real-life incidents like water submersion, fire, and severe collisions. GWM is preparing to discontinue this model to fully introduce new GWM ORA vehicles in the Thai market, starting with the ORA 5 SUV, which has a design similar to ORA Good Cat but larger and in an SUV style. The company plans to launch at least 5 new models this year to create market excitement and boost sales. The company is also rapidly expanding its partner network to cover all provinces, targeting over 100 locations this year to provide comprehensive service to Thai customers. This reinforces GWM's mission to become the most trusted Chinese automotive brand with top-tier after-sales service. The ORA 5 SUV features a distinctive Cat Family exterior design with a modern retro style, a 10.25-inch digital dashboard, a 15.6-inch infotainment screen, and electric motor options with 201 horsepower. Battery choices include 45.3 kWh (480 km range) and 58.3 kWh (580 km range) with advanced driving assistance features.
