On February 15, 2024, Luang Por Pak Daeng Temple in Ban Yai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Nayok Province saw a large number of local residents and tourists arriving to pay respects to the sacred Buddha image. Visitors sought blessings for prosperity, business success, and good fortune. Lottery enthusiasts were particularly interested in checking the sacred water basin, which temple staff had placed numbers like 5, 8, 2, 9, and 0 on a tray for visitors to examine before the lottery draw. The Phrahmani Temple, over 100 years old, is known for its revered Luang Por Pak Daeng Buddha statue, with devotees bringing offerings like bananas, betel leaves, garlands, and red syrup. The temple's abbot, Phra Ratchapromkhun (Luang Por Tung), blessed visitors and encouraged them to continue doing good deeds.
