Unidentified suspects carried out a coordinated bombing campaign across 5 locations in Yingo Subdistrict, Narathiwat province during the night of February 14-15. The attacks occurred between 11:05 PM and 5:00 AM, with explosives placed in garbage bins near various businesses and along roadways. Police investigators, including Provincial Police Commander Prayong Khotsaka and other senior officers, examined the scenes and found evidence of improvised explosive devices weighing approximately 1 kg each. Security camera footage revealed two suspects on a motorcycle, wearing a motorcycle helmet and a cap, who strategically placed the devices in plastic bags inside garbage containers. The bombing locations included areas near a motorcycle repair shop, a mobile phone store, a veterinary office, and roadside areas. While no injuries were reported, multiple vehicles and surrounding areas sustained damage. Authorities are continuing their investigation and searching for the perpetrators.
