Shocking: 13-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted by 17-Year-Old Relative Under Methamphetamine Influence

A 42-year-old mother from Udon Thani sought help from a local page administrator and municipal mayor, reporting that her 13-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted approximately 10 times by her nephew, forcing her to flee and stay at a friend's house. The mother works out of town, with the daughter previously living with grandparents. The 17-year-old perpetrator, under the influence of methamphetamine, broke into the girl's room and sexually assaulted her repeatedly, often being violent and sadistic. The girl was eventually hospitalized with uterine inflammation. Despite reporting the incidents to grandparents, they discouraged her from pursuing legal action, even siding with the perpetrator. The mother is determined to return and file a criminal complaint to seek justice for her daughter.
