Valentine's Gift Turns Tragic: Girlfriend Shocked by Boyfriend's Fatal Motorcycle Accident
A heartbreaking incident occurred when a 26-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident shortly after receiving an early Valentine's Day gift from his girlfriend. At 1:00 AM on February 12, police from Bang Bua Thong station were alerted to a motorcycle accident on the outbound Kanchanaphisek Road near Bang Phraek Bridge in Nonthaburi province. At the scene, officers found the victim, Narin (last name withheld), dead on the central road divider. His black Yamaha Grand Filano motorcycle was nearby, with visible front-end damage. A customized cold drink cup with a laser-engraved photo and Valentine's message was found in the bike's storage box. A witness, Thanawit, who was driving behind the victim, confirmed the motorcycle hit a pothole, causing it to swerve and overturn. The victim's girlfriend, Jirachaya, 32, had just given him a personalized cold drink cup as an early Valentine's gift before they parted ways at an entertainment venue in Bang Yai. Police initially confirmed the accident was a single-vehicle incident with no other vehicles involved and will review nearby CCTV footage. The victim's body was transferred to forensic authorities for further investigation.
