A viral video shows a young man transforming his condo balcony into a cooling zone by placing an inflatable pool filled with water and ice. However, this seemingly harmless method could be extremely dangerous. A YouTube channel owner warns that most condo balconies are not designed to support heavy weights. An inflatable pool 1 meter wide and 2 meters long, filled 50 cm high with water, weighs approximately 1 ton - not including the weight of a person. Standard balconies are typically designed to support only 250-350 kilograms per square meter. If the balcony collapses, it won't just affect the person using it, but could also damage the apartments below.
