Khanna Yao District Ready for New Election as Ordered by Election Commission on February 22

On February 18, Ms. Kallaya Boondeang, the Khanna Yao District Director, gave an interview about the Election Commission's decision to restart voting in Election District 15, Voting Unit 9, for both constituency and party-list MP elections, as well as the referendum. Following a storm on February 8 during vote counting, election ballots and scoring sheets were damaged. Ms. Kallaya revealed that the district office has inspected Voting Unit 9 at the Amornphan Satellite Condo Town (R4), which will be the new voting location on February 22. They have prepared by holding a meeting of the Election District 15 committee and instructing responsible parties to follow Election Commission regulations strictly. They also invited citizens to observe vote counting at 10:00 AM and urged eligible voters to participate in the election.
