Bhumjaithai Party Launches 'Thai Sang Thai-New Alternative' Coalition, Surpasses 286 Seats
Bhumjaithai Party has initiated government formation talks with Thai Sang Thai and New Alternative parties, targeting over 286 parliamentary seats. Small party leaders, including Rachen Trakoonwiang from New Alternative Party, met with Bhumjaithai executives to discuss coalition strategies. Party secretary Chaiyachok Chidchop and spokesperson Nan Buntida Somchai reported that party leader Songsak Thongsri has been reaching out to potential coalition partners. Representatives emphasized the need for a strong government to address economic and border security challenges. Currently, the coalition has assembled 281 seats, with ongoing negotiations, particularly with the Kla Tham Party's 58 seats still undecided.
