The Mercedes-Benz CLA 250+ electric is the first vehicle developed on the MMA (Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture) platform, focusing on flexibility and production efficiency for all drive systems. It comes with a single Permanently Excited Synchronous Motor (PSM) and a two-speed transmission, delivering a maximum power of 272 horsepower and peak torque of 335 Newton-meters. Fitted with an 800V 85 kWh battery, the vehicle offers a maximum driving range of 792 kilometers on a full charge (WLTP standard) with DC charging capabilities up to 320 kW. A 10-minute fast charge allows for 325 kilometers of driving. Designed with the brand's 'Sensual Purity' concept, the car features an animated Starpanel grille, new headlight design, and a coupe-like rear profile. The interior draws inspiration from a Zen garden, equipped with the advanced MB.OS operating system and a MBUX Superscreen with three interconnected displays. During test drives, the vehicle demonstrated quiet yet powerful performance, with precise handling and smooth suspension that impressed the test drivers.
