Health Network Appeals to Bavornsak for Justice in Dr. Supat's Dismissal Case

A network of health promotion organizations (ขสช.) arrived at the Government House complaint center at 10:30 AM on February 2, 2024, led by representatives including Watanyu Sangkaew and Jekapan Prommongkol. They submitted a letter to Deputy Prime Minister Bavornsak Uwanno, chairman of the Civil Service Commission, seeking justice for Dr. Supat Hasuvatunakij, who was dismissed from his position as director of Saba Yoi Hospital in Songkhla province. The network argues that Dr. Supat's actions during the COVID-19 pandemic were made with pure intentions, prioritizing people's lives over bureaucratic limitations. They are requesting a new investigation, emphasizing that Dr. Supat was not given a full opportunity to explain himself, and calling for transparency and fairness in the civil service process.
