Jealous Dog Goes Violent! Stray Mixed Breed Dog Attacks 4-Year-Old, Causing Severe Injuries

On February 5, 2024, a stray mixed breed dog named "Ai Long" launched a violent attack on a 4-year-old boy. The 3-year-old male dog, known for hanging around a nearby female dog named "Nang Kee," became jealous and suddenly attacked the child. The incident occurred near a rental house close to Kai Jon Temple near Rama 6 Dam in Tha Luang Subdistrict, Tha Ruea District, Ayutthaya Province. The dog bit the child in multiple locations, including the back of the neck, left shoulder, left armpit, and right chest area, causing multiple deep bite wounds and profuse bleeding. Rescue volunteer Wallop Manodun provided initial first aid and rushed the child to Tha Ruea Hospital. The child's grandmother expressed concern about potential future attacks and urged local authorities to take action to prevent similar incidents.
