A Jakkraphan and lawyer Saiyot Pengboonchoo held a press conference on February 9, 2026, at Jakkraphan Thevala in Prawet district to address AI avatar pages impersonating his identity. He revealed that for 3-4 years, numerous pages have been using AI to mimic his image and voice, fraudulently selling lottery numbers, amulets, and fake gold. The impersonation has affected his reputation, with over 1,000 fake pages identified. His lawyer noted that while individual scams might be small (900-1,000 baht), the cumulative damage is significant, with some pages having 300,000-400,000 followers.
