Blood Donation Requested to Help Director Sasiphat After 18-Year-Old Gunman Attacks School

A blood donation is being requested to help Director Sasiphat, who was critically wounded after an 18-year-old male armed with a stolen police weapon invaded Phatong Prathan Khiriwat School in Hat Yai, Songkhla. The suspect shot the director and a 14-year-old female student, taking students hostage until police surrounded the area and the suspect surrendered. During the incident, Sasiphat Sinsamosorn, the school director, negotiated with the attacker to replace students as hostages, and was shot in the stomach, suffering critical injuries. She has now left surgery but requires continuous monitoring. The Songkhla Police Station's Facebook page has called for blood donations to support her.
