Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited (TCAP) reported its 2025 financial results, with the company's net profit reaching 7,750 million baht, an increase of 1,095 million baht or 16.45% from the previous year. This performance reflects the strong results of key subsidiaries and main affiliated companies, including efficient asset and credit risk management during challenging economic conditions. Peeraphol Meksingvee, TCAP's President, revealed that the company and its subsidiaries generated a total net profit of 8,264 million baht. The primary drivers were key businesses in the Thanachart Group, including Ratchthani Leasing Public Company Limited, which reported a net profit of 1,148 million baht, and Thanachart Insurance Public Company Limited with a net profit of 1,077 million baht. The board of directors approved an interim dividend of 1.30 baht per share and proposed an additional dividend of 2.20 baht per share for the second half of 2025, bringing the total annual dividend to 3.50 baht per share, up from 3.30 baht in the previous year. Looking ahead to 2026, the company acknowledges ongoing economic challenges both domestically and internationally, including trade slowdowns, geopolitical uncertainties, household debt, and climate change. TCAP plans to continue operating cautiously, focusing on financial and insurance investments while maintaining strong capital and liquidity positions.
