Major Illegal Fuel Warehouse Busted: Over 45,000 Liters of Smuggled Oil Seized in Nakhon Si Thammarat

On February 6th, Lieutenant General Naratip Poinok, Commander of Military Region 4, received reports from operational units about an illegal fuel storage operation in Moo 7, Ron Phibun Subdistrict, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Operational teams discovered an unmarked warehouse containing multiple fuel tanker trucks and containers filled with untaxed fuel. The seizure included 30,300 liters of diesel and 14,910 liters of gasoline. Military officials believe the warehouse belongs to a prominent local figure and are expanding their investigation to dismantle the entire smuggling network. Prior to this raid, a fuel smuggling boat was previously burned at sea, with crew members avoiding further questioning, suggesting a connected illegal operation.
